You can’t compare a spanish wedding with an american wedding, because those differences you’re talking about depend on the religion, not the nationality or the language, if you’re catholic, doesn’t matter where you’re from, because it is going to be the same, the only difference is the language.

Well weddings aren’t important to everyone. A lot of people are interested in being married, but the actually wedding itself doesn’t mean as much to them.
But the point should be, that a nice wedding is important to YOU. You don’t need to convince him why it is important to everyone else, just convince him why it is important specifically to you.

Dance studios and dance competitions. Especially, ballroom. I used to teach ballroom dancing and the studios are "designed" to nickel and dime the customer. The studio would probably want a cut but still open to the idea. A basic contract is around 700 dollars at the studio I worked for running into the several thousands. The highest contract I ever closed was a little over 7000 dollars the studio gave me a ten percent commission on the sale over my normal hourly salary. The big contracts include competitions, traveling to competitions out of state, dances, lessons, award ceremonies etc. The studio will come up with any reason in the book to up charge a contract. I think you might do well in this industry.

You could probably work out an hourly wage situation with the dance studio or a straight percentage situation. FYI the people I worked for owned twenty studios. This is typical of the industry. They where not exactly ethical people either but most people in the industry are not. It’s all about the money. If you can handle that environment it might be for you.

Beach Wedding Timeline
1. Choose your location wisely. Beaches are usually breezy. Try to pick a cove or area protected from direct winds for your ceremony. Be mindful of the tides.

2. Decide how many guests will be attending. Most beaches do not require a special permit for small informal weddings. Check with local authorities to be sure.

3. Find a wedding officiate local to the beach of your choice to perform your wedding ceremony. Often they specialize in beach weddings and can provide useful tips as well as very affordable package deals. Wedding packages are becoming very popular and are ideal for busy couples. Often they include everything you need from the bouquet to the photography to the filing of your marriage license.

4. Minimize your reception expenses by planning a sunset ceremony followed by a simple but elegant wine and cheese reception right on the beach.

5. Rent an outdoor canopy to protect your reception area from rain showers and uninvited seagulls. For a tropical flare, decorate the canopy with tulle and twinkling mini-lights and silk flowers. Use hurricane candles for lighting.

6. Remember your guest’s comfort and safety. Provide seating for the elderly as well as sunscreen and insect repellent just in case. If some of your guests have mobility impairments recognize that it’s nearly impossible to push a wheelchair in the sand, and it’s very hard for people who have difficulty walking to negotiate sand as well. Many beaches have walkways or platforms. Use these accordingly.

7. Thank your guests for sharing your day by presenting them with beach wedding favors such as personalized sand-dollars, seashell candles or Hawaiian Silk Leis.
